Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds will only be provided if:
  • The item is defective or incorrectly fulfilled, as shown through photos or video submitted by the customer. Defects must not be caused by misuse, abuse, or accidental damage by the customer.
  • The item is unused and in the original condition received.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging and materials.

 
Items cannot be returned or refunded for the following reasons:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind and no longer wanting the item

This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds for any reason not related to defects with the product itself.
Please choose your selections carefully before placing your order, as custom-printed merchandise cannot be returned based on sizing issues or changed preferences.

To complete a return, please email a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to hello @ ergoapparel.com. We will need this to locate your original order.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. After inspection, you will be notified by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your card provider’s policies.

Please note that without a valid receipt or proof of purchase, we cannot process or approve a return. We encourage you to retain your confirmation email containing proof of purchase. Contact us with any questions about our return policy or process.
